Customer Service: Payment, Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, your purchase will be charged after check-out.

Only California residents will be charged a sales tax (let's just think of it as a luxury tax we pay for getting to live in this beautiful state!).

IMPORTANT:  All international orders must have a MATCHING Customer name, Billing address, and Shipping address.  In other words, the customer information and the shipping information must be the SAME as associated with the billing information for the credit card.  International orders that do not meet this criteria will NOT ship even if our system accepts the order.  Sorry but this is our only way of preventing fraudulent international transactions.

Shipping

We ship via UPS for all Ground and 2nd Day Air shipments within the continental US.  All Next Day Air shipments are sent via Fedex.  For Hawaii and Alaska, we only ship UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air. Just place your order and let the courier services do the work while you track your latest Missphit creation. ;)

For Canada residents, we will only ship via Fedex International Air Economy but at reduced rates.

For all other international orders, we will only ship via Fedex International Air Economy (2-5 business days) at the normal international rates listed below. Fedex guarantees delivery and provides detailed tracking on all international shipments.

All international customers (including Canada) will also have to pay all customs duties or fees that may apply when receiving shipment.

IMPORTANT:  Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped.  Same day shipment requests will try to be honored but not guaranteed.  Any order placed after 9 am PST (12 pm EST) will be processed the next business day.  Please make sure to take into account the 2-3 days processing time and also non-business days when placing your orders via Overnight or 2nd Day.

Returns and Exchanges

Missphit guarantees that you'll like our clothes! If for any reason within 45 days of the date listed on the invoice (you will receive this invoice with your shipment) you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund your money back.  Just return the item to the address below and we will refund the full amount including taxes!   Sorry but we do not reimburse any shipping costs.


Any returned items that show signs of being worn or altered will not be accepted.  If it is determined that your items show signs of use, you will not receive a refund or credit and will also be responsible for the shipping charge to get the item back to you.  Please return items that are in their original condition only including all tags, extra trimmings, etc. 

Any items that are returned after 45 days will be given a Missphit company credit for future use on any items sold on our online store. This will be issued to you electronically.  Any items received that have been returned after 90 days of the original invoice date will not be accepted at all.  This item will be returned to the customer at customer's cost.

For exchanges, you will also have 45 days from the invoice date to return the merchandise to be exchanged to receive full cash credit on any price differences.  Any price credits from an exchange on items received after 45 days will be issued Missphit store credit.  Any exchange requests past 90 days of purchase will not be honored and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Once the exchanged item is received by us and processed, we will send the new item to you with the shipping charge paid for by us.   Again, this is for exchanges only.  Sorry but all INTERNATIONAL orders will pay shipping and taxes/duty costs for exchanges too.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS .  All sales are final for all on-sale goods.  Sale items are all items whose prices have been reduced on this website.  This does not include any non-sale items that were purchased at a discount with a promotional coupon.
